GOP mouthpieces railed against activist judges for years. We now have 3 of them on SCOTUS – 3 who broke their pledge to uphold settled case law to their own GOP confirmation senators. I will uphold my oath to the Constitution as a member of at least one member of a counterbalancing legislative branch when I defat McCarthy and return accountability to CA-20 in November.
