California’s 20th Congressional District is NOT being significantly redistricted in the proposed November 4th Special Election suspending the “independent” redistricting commission. The 20th will remain the same largely rural and semi-rural district California’s bi-partisan committee created subsequent to the 2020 census. The indisputable fact is, as it has been, that the 20th is not numerically in play for Democrats. It is winnable for the right Independent.
